Quadro 8050 & 8205 tips
To enter keys on a Quadro receiver model 8050 or 8205 can be done from the remote control too. It took me a while to figure it out, that’s why i choose to share it with you.
To enter the keys manually you’ll have to open the MENU and Under the PROPERTIES select the Language but do not press OK to open it. When you’ll highlight the language option press 9999 on the remote key, and the key menu will be shown on screen.
Also you can reset the PIN if you have forgat it, here is how it can be done:
For DR8050 and 8055: “1004”
For DR8200 and DR8205: “5001”
1) Please go to “ parental lock menu”
2) insert 1004 or 5001 to Current key. (depending on you receiver model)
3) Then, you can set new key.
